To help us give the due services, please give your complete details required while placing an order, like contact address, email and phone number. Please note that your order is not confirmed until we have received all due details and complete payment against your order. Your order will be shipped only after order completion.
Cancellations and Refunds
Returns
If you wish to return/replace an order, please send us an email at info@caaruforyou.com with your order details within 24 hours of delivery.
We can return/replace an order under the following conditions –
1. If you receive a broken or damaged product or expired product.
2. If any item ordered, is missing in the order delivery.
3. If you receive a wrong product in your order, other than the one selected.
However, since these are personal care products, we cannot offer returns/ replacement under the following conditions –
1. Opened/Used/Altered Products
2. Orders with labels and original packaging missing
3. Return/replacement request generated after 24 hours from the delivery of the order
4. Return requests generated for subjective conditions like variations in results achieved, disliking for the results achieved, change of mind for the use of the product etc.
Change in order
If you wish to change/modify your order, please send us an email at info@caaruforyou.com with your order details, before the order is dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, we will not be able to modify the order.
Refunds
If your order qualifies for a refund, then a refund is given within 10 working days from the date of approval of refund. Please note that shipping charges, anydiscounts given under promotional offers will not be refunded.
How are returns and refunds processed?
Once we receive your request, we look into your concern and once approved, we arrange for the pick up of the product from you. Once it reaches our warehouse, it is checked by our team and once it passes all due requirements, a refund is initiated.
Your refunds are processed back to the same payment mode as the one you used while placing the order.
*Please do not send us back any product without informing us and before due verification at our end as we will not be able to take any action on such orders.
*Please note, we cannot look into returns or refunds for any orders, once the pack has been opened and/or used. Please reach out to us in case of any concerns, before you open the received products.

Shipping Time
It will take about 3-10 working days for the order to reach you, after completion of order and due payment. For any concerns regarding your order, you could be in touch with us at info@caaruforyou.com
Change of delivery address
If there is any change in the address or contact details of where you would like to get your order delivered, please send us an email at info@caaruforyou.com with your order details, before your order has been dispatched and we will be happy to help. Unfortunately, we will not be able to assist if the order has already been dispatched, before we receive any notification from your end.
How can I track my order?
Your order details will be available to you on your email. If you do not receive the details, please send us an email to info@caaruforyou.com
*Caaru will not be responsible for lost, missing or stolen products once the tracking shows that the parcel has been delivered.
